Friendly Neighbor Policy

Use of Outdoor Gas or Charcoal Grills and Heaters is strictly prohibited. Outdoor cooking on Electric Grills is recommended and permitted. A gas grill is available at the pool area for the community’s use. Please clean the grill after you use it.
Loud music or amplified sound at any time of day or night is prohibited.
Discharge of firearms, fireworks, or explosive devices of any nature is prohibited.
Overnight parking is permitted in your own driveway or in public spaces provided. On-street overnight parking is not permitted for public safety reasons. Vehicles left unattended for extended periods of time in the visitor parking spaces, will be subject to fines and possible towing.
As a good neighbor, make sure guests and workmen do not block the driveways of your neighbors next door or across the street. Please adhere to all driving safety rules including stop signs and speed limits.
Pick up after your pets and keep them on a leash at all times. Poop bags are provided at several locations on the property.
